What Can We Learn from Surfers Riding Giant Waves?

By Ron Nakamoto

Author Steven Kotler has studied extreme sports athletes in his quest to understand "flow states" (high performance states of mind and body).  His new book "The Rise of Superman:  Decoding the Science of Ultimate Human Performance" will soon be the subject of an Empowered Wealth Connect book review (a conversation between Lee Brower and myself about the highlights and key insights from the book).  Watch for an announcement soon.  This podcast will be the first of a regular series of both free and "members-only" idea-sharing experiences.
