    If it were only that simple. My experience in management is that you're sometimes responsible for people who aren't responsible for themselves. And you sometimes have to discipline adults. Even in professional situations. Many practices such as job evaluations and bonuses for performance are antiquated. Management as we know it is in a major paradigm shift. Until the practices change with the times, management is in for challenge yes.
