Lee Brower: A Life Coaching Lesson on Using The Brower Quadrant

By Ron Nakamoto

“To accomplish great things we must first dream, then visualize, then plan… believe… act”!

– Alfred A. Montapert

As a life coach and guru to enterpreneurs, Lee Brower uses his model “The Brower Quadrant” to help entrepreneurs visualize and plan a bigger future.  This model defines “True Wealth” in terms of four quadrants or categories:  core, experience, contribution, and financial.  In this video, Lee describes how he simplifies these ideas for younger audiences.  He explains that “core” is how we live (i.e., how we express our values); “experience” is how we learn; “contribution” is how we give or share; and “financial” is how we earn and add value.  He then challenges us to visualize achievements in these four areas over the next 90 days.  With some subtle variations, this technique has become a staple of Lee Brower’s life coaching practice.
