So how do we do this?
How might we develop leadership at all levels of our clients’ companies?
Because we so often work with successful entrepreneurs, we’ve begun asking ourselves this question. What’s beginning to emerge is a way of thinking that builds upon The Empowered Wealth Mindset – Gratitude, True Wealth, Family Leadership, Living Legacy, and Congruent Leverage. Our idea is that if we nurture more “empowered” people as employees, we set the conditions where leadership and collaboration can take place. If we then can nurture ways of being responsive, responsible collaborators, we develop leadership by “Building Your Business from the Inside Out”. Although it’s still in development, that’s what we’re calling our new program, which I see first as a workshop that then becomes a program available through Empowered Wealth Connect.
