This 27 minute documentary-commercial by and for Patagonia tells some interesting stories about the people who wear Patagonia clothing. I found myself thinking about Gratitude, being grateful for the things we already own and for those items that serve us well. I also found it interesting how many of these everyday items had acquired a special meaning and symbolism far beyond the mere utility of well-made clothing. In the end, I was left with the impression that it's not the clothing that's most important but rather the stories that we create in the process of living. I certainly hope that's what Patagonia intended…but that's the story I'm telling myself.
