Estate Planning Can Never Be "Done"

The blog post below identifies a very human paradox; we cannot accurately imagine nor plan for the person we will become.  In this context, can anyone really say with confidence that they've "done" their estate planning?  +Lee Brower proposes that family leadership is the new estate planning.  And family leadership is, in turn, a dynamic, forward-thinking process of guiding families towards a sustainable, prosperous future.
