A High Irony

Known internationally for the concept of "Gross National Happiness", Bhutan is apparently facing the mundane realities of everyday life that nearly every country seems to struggle with.  Though not intended to be an in-depth analysis, this article is conspicuously devoid of any mention of strong leaders or strong leadership.
